Forever Young

My boyfriend sent me an article this morning titled: How you think about your age, may affect how you age.

My first thought was, "Really? Is he AGAIN rubbing in the fact that I'm older than him?
How long is this going to go on for?"
I should mention that I am ONLY 4 months his senior, which in truth is severely INSIGNIFICANT.

My second thought was, "if this article has any truth to it, then he better stop teasing me for being old, because it's not helping my case!"

The title of the article is pretty self-explanatory; researchers found that people who felt and acted young for their age were more likely to lead healthier lives and avoid experiencing a lot of the downsides to aging.

I'm sure a lot of people already assumed this, and I assume there are a few more articles like this one, floating around out there.

But the point I want to make is:
Your mind is a POWERFUL, POWERFUL tool. USE IT.

It can do things beyond anything you or I could ever imagine.

Think positive.

Think youthfully.

And fill that sucker up with as much knowledge as you can!
Because you really do possess the power to remain forever young.
